Within this crystalline form, a narrative unfolds, depicting the beauty of the spring season. Hand-carved with utmost precision are delicate Sakura cherry blossoms gracing the exterior, entwined with the intricate silhouette of distant mountains, carved within the internal layers.

Each vase in the Asia Four Seasons collection has been designed and crafted to fulfil a specific Asprey brief by Jonathan Harris, the renowned British contemporary glass artist. Combining traditional cup-casing techniques with contemporary cameo carving methods, these vases are the epitome of artistic fusion. Mouth blown and built up in layers of rich transparent glass colours, the vase boasts multiple strata of pure colour, creating a blank canvas for the carving work. Through a meticulous process involving fine diamond drill engraving and 'sand carving' techniques, the vases are hand-carved with exquisite detail and relief on both the interior and exterior.

Each vase is engraved with its individual number within the year of production. It also bears the Asprey branding on the base and is signed by Jonathan Harris. As a subtle detail for collectors, a hidden set of JH initials is blended within each design. Each piece in the collection is truly one-of-a-kind, taking an impressive 45 to 50 hours to produce.
